Hi! My name is Jack but I'm perhaps better known as pigeonhat (or Pidge). I'm a pixel artist, designer and animator living in the North East, UK.

A little bit about my background! I studied Graphic Design and Photography at Art college before going on to study Computer Games Animation at University. Since leaving university I've had a wide range of jobs from working in retail, delivery driver, EMT (Ambulance Technician) and then working in a Funeral home (told you it was a wide range!). I've always wanted to do something creative in my spare time so around May 2018 I started pixel art and I instantly fell in love with it. Since starting my pixel art journey I've been lucky enough to work with some amazing, talented people from all over the world on a variety of projects. This also gave me the opportunity to do some graphic design work like logo and banner creations. All of this has 100% solidified that my career goals in life were to work in a creative capacity as a designer and as of June 2021 I was able to land my first industry job as a Junior Graphic Designer for a social media marketing agency!
